I had back surgery for severe sciatica pain on the right side six years ago, so when it started on the left side I knew immediately what it was and thought, here I go again. Just hoping, I ordered the BeActive brace thinking no way would this thing get rid of the horrendous pain starting up again. OMG, was I ever wrong. This little thing is a miracle worker for me. I know it might not work for everyone, but the instant I put it on and find the “right” trigger point by adjusting it around my leg so the disc is in the proper position the pain vanishes. It’s amazing.

It’s no problem to slide it a little bit until the right trigger point is found (it varies day to day so you may have to do as I do and move it around some.) I wear it to work on bad days and put it on whenever the pain starts up again, which is becoming more often for me. With the brace I am not hampered in doing what I want to do or held captive by excrutiating pain down the back of my leg, across the knee and then out the ankle. This is a real review. I am not associated in any way with this product. I am just someone who has had sciatica pain in both legs and doesn’t want surgery again. Down the road, who knows, but for now I am amazed at this product and how much it helps me on a daily basis.

Update to first review – I remain amazed at this little product. I wear it daily so I am able to work without pain. As I said before, I do have to adjust it to find the “trigger point” that is causing pain, but once I do I’m off and running for the whole day and forget I even have it on. I’m a little sad though that come summer, wearing capris or shorts will be out of the question because it will show. I am buying another one just because if this brace should disappear I want to always have one. It’s that important to me. This may not work for everyone, but for the price it’s worth a try. I can’t live without it right now.
